Fang Xinlihua signs the first national contract for low-temperature SCR denitrification catalyst for chromium salt rotary kiln

After receiving a large number of orders for low-temperature SCR denitrification of flue gas in industries such as coking, sintering, and waste incineration in the first half of the year, Fangxin Lihua has recently successfully signed contracts for two sets of low-temperature SCR denitrification catalysts for the 1 # and 2 # rotary kilns of Hubei Zhenhua Chemical Co., Ltd. This is the second application of domestic low-temperature SCR denitrification catalysts in denitrification projects in this industry.
Due to the production process of chromium salts, the exhaust gas temperature of the newly added 1 # and 2 # rotary kilns for denitrification is low, only 180 ℃. After multiple investigations and screenings, Hubei Zhenhua Chemical Co., Ltd. has finally selected the "bag dust removal+low-temperature SCR denitrification+induced draft fan+chimney discharge" process. This process can match the original system to the maximum extent, directly remove NOx from the original flue gas without any heating treatment, reduce the impact on the existing production equipment, and avoid the problem of high operating costs caused by large temperature rise in the medium and high temperature SCR denitrification process. The operating temperature of the SCR catalyst designed for this project is 180 ℃, and the designed emission index is: (1) NOx concentration ≤ 50mg/Nm3 ³ (2) Ammonia escape ≤ 5ppm (3), denitrification efficiency ≥ 95%. After the project is completed and put into operation, Hubei Zhenhua Chemical Co., Ltd. will become the first enterprise in the industry to achieve ultra clean flue gas emissions.
