Recently, Beijing Fangxin Lihua Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for SCR denitrification catalyst in the household waste incineration power generation project of the Huangdao District Vein Industrial Park, constructed by Shanghai Kangheng Environment Co., Ltd.

The project processes 2250 tons of household waste per day and adopts the process of "SNCR (ammonia water)+semi dry reaction tower (lime slurry)+dry method (Ca (OH) 2)+activated carbon injection+bag filter+flue gas reflux+steam flue gas heat exchanger (SGH)+SCR (ammonia water)+wet process (NaOH)" for flue gas purification. The designed operating temperature is 175 ℃ -185 ℃. This is the second cooperation with Shanghai Kangheng Environment Co., Ltd. in the waste incineration power generation industry, following the Ningbo Mingzhou waste incineration power generation project. The Ningbo Mingzhou garbage incineration power generation project has been in stable operation and good denitrification effect since its operation in 2017, demonstrating that the Fangxin Lihua low-temperature denitrification catalyst has unique performance and strong industry adaptability.
