After repeated argumentation and investigation, the bidding party believes that the performance indicators of Fangxin Lihua catalyst can meet the project requirements. The project was officially put into use in July 2017 and has been running for over three months, maintaining stability and achieving standard emissions.

The new tunnel kiln flue gas purification project of Shandong Luqiao New Materials Co., Ltd. was constructed by MCC Jiaonai (Dalian) Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Fangxin Lihua Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for denitrification catalyst. The NOx content at the flue gas inlet of this project is relatively high (800-1000mg/Nm3), with complex flue gas components and high difficulty in denitrification. It is required that the denitrification efficiency within the design flue gas temperature range be ≥ 90%. After nearly 4 months of continuous operation, the denitrification efficiency has remained above 95%. MCC Jiaonai organized relevant refractory material industry associations and enterprises to conduct on-site visits on September 19th. In the same month, Fangxin Lihua Company once again received an order for low-temperature SCR catalysts for the flue gas denitrification facility of Shandong Jin'an Refractory Co., Ltd., which was constructed by MCC Jiaonai.

The construction of garbage incineration plants is of great significance in effectively alleviating the problems of urban household waste disposal sites and reducing environmental pollution. The company undertook the supply of catalysts for the denitrification process lines of Nanjing Jiangbei Garbage Incineration Power Plant in 2015, and the operation is in good condition. In June of this year, the company won the bid for the Ningbo Mingzhou Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. waste incineration low-temperature denitrification catalyst, which was constructed by a company in Shanghai. The flue gas temperature of the SCR reactor in this process is only about 170 ℃, and the moisture content is high. The heavy metal content in the flue gas is also relatively high, which can easily cause catalyst poisoning and decreased activity. In response to this project, the company improved the formula during the catalyst preparation process, enhancing the hydrophobic and anti toxic properties and compressive strength of the catalyst, ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of the project. Since the project was put into operation on September 27th, the export NOX has remained below 36mg/m3 (the inlet NOX is around 200mg/m3), and has received high praise from users.

The denitration device of the paper-making black liquid boiler of Shandong Taiyang Honghe Paper Industry Co., Ltd. was originally designed and provided with catalysts by a foreign company, and the equipment was self built. However, the denitrification device cannot be used normally due to issues such as catalyst pore blockage, corrosion of the reactor inner wall and catalyst module, and failure to meet the ultra-low emission requirement of 40 mg/m3 for denitrification efficiency. Under the guidance of Professors He Hong and Li Jian from Beijing University of Technology, technical personnel from Beijing Fangxin Lihua Company studied the main causes of catalyst blockage, including high moisture content (25-28%), small dust particle size, long catalyst length, and small pore size. Targeted low-temperature denitrification catalyst selection and equipment transformation plans were proposed. At present, the denitrification renovation project is undertaken by Tongxing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Fangxin Lihua Technology Co., Ltd. provides denitrification catalysts. The project is currently under construction.

In addition, Fangxin Lihua Company has completed the production of low-temperature SCR denitrification catalysts for Sichuan Energy Investment Lithium Industry and Shandong Luguan Glass. The low-temperature SCR denitrification projects for Appleton (Taicang) Glass, Shandong Caike Chemical, and Jiangsu Nantong Yaben Waste Liquid Incineration Boiler have also been successfully operated.

The operation of these projects plays an important demonstration role in controlling NOx emissions in related industries and implementing low-temperature denitrification projects.
