Fangxin Lihua achieves dual improvement in production and quality of low-temperature denitrification catalysts

In order to meet the growing demand of the low-temperature denitrification market in the non electric industry, Anhui Fangxin Lihua Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Fangxin Lihua Technology Co., Ltd., invested in the construction of a 6000m3/a low-temperature denitrification catalyst production line, which was officially put into operation in late July 2017, completely changing the situation where the company's products were in short supply.

The production line covers an area of 8000 square meters and consists of three parts: powder preparation workshop, forming workshop, and quality testing laboratory. The powder is produced using advanced domestic catalyst powder preparation technology, with a daily production capacity of 15 tons of catalyst powder. The molding workshop adopts advanced domestic equipment from mixing, pre extrusion to extrusion drying, and calcination, using the company's molding formula and molding process to achieve successful trial production molding. The appearance, quality, strength, and activity of the products have been significantly improved. After testing, the denitrification reaction activation temperature of the products has decreased by more than 10 ℃ compared to the SCR catalyst produced by the company using the same formula and original equipment, and the longitudinal compressive strength is 2.69 MPa, The transverse compressive strength is 1.2MPa. The quality testing laboratory has equipment such as SCR evaluation device, NOx analyzer, laser particle size analyzer, fluorescence element analyzer, material testing machine, and fully automatic specific surface area analyzer. The three professionals in the laboratory all have a bachelor's degree or above in materials chemistry and have undergone three months of professional training. At present, the production process quality control system developed by the Information Science Department of Beijing Institute of Technology is also being installed and debugged intensively. The system utilizes big data and cloud computing technology to effectively collect and analyze data from various modules and nodes in production, inspection, and management. It can achieve information sharing, advance forecasting, safety warning, product quality traceability, and remote control, with rapid and efficient system feedback. After the system runs, it will improve product quality and enhance management efficiency. This system is of great significance for building a modern digital catalyst manufacturing enterprise.
