The 300 ㎡ sintering machine with an annual output of 3.5 million tons of sintered ore will be added for low-temperature SCR denitrification this time. The flue gas treatment process flow is as follows: "Limestone gypsum desulfurization flue gas+GGH heat exchange+flue gas temperature rise+low-temperature SCR denitrification+GGH heat exchange+induced draft fan+chimney emission". The designed export index is: NOx concentration: ＜ 40 mg/Nm3 ³； Ammonia escape: ≤ 5ppm; The operating temperature of the catalyst is 180 ℃.
