The roller kiln tail gas denitrification project of Shenyang Sankate Catalyst Co., Ltd., implemented by Beijing Fangxin Lihua Technology Co., Ltd., has recently passed the performance assessment acceptance smoothly.
In order to implement the requirements for the constraint of nitrogen oxide emission reduction targets during the 12th Five Year Plan period, Shenyang Sankate Catalyst Co., Ltd. has implemented roller kiln tail gas denitrification treatment work. This project is contracted by Beijing Fangxin Lihua Technology Co., Ltd. and is constructed using modern low-temperature denitrification technology with independent intellectual property rights in China. Due to the low temperature of the flue gas from the outlet of the roller kiln being only 110 ℃, the working temperature of the SCR catalyst currently used in the power industry is between 300 ℃ and 400 ℃. Therefore, it is difficult to directly use the medium and high temperature SCR catalytic process to control NOx emissions in this project. The engineering and technical personnel of Beijing Fangxin Lihua Technology Co., Ltd. carefully analyzed the problems in the denitrification project and carefully designed the low-temperature denitrification technology process and equipment. The 110 ℃ exhaust gas from the roller kiln outlet is heated by an electric heater to 200 ℃ and enters the SCR reactor. NOx in the exhaust gas is removed by a low-temperature SCR catalyst. The denitrification efficiency of this system exceeds 90%, and its engineering and operating costs are far lower than those of medium and high temperature SCR catalytic denitrification technology.
The main design values of the denitrification system are: denitrification efficiency ≥ 90%, NOx emission concentration ≤ 100mg/Nm3, NOx emission rate<0.77kg/h, NH3 emission rate<4.9kg/h, using 25% ammonia water as the denitrification reducing agent, the availability rate of the denitrification device is not less than 98%, and the service life is 20 years. In November 2013, the flue gas denitrification treatment project entered the design phase. Installation and commissioning were completed on January 20, 2014. In February 2014, a 72 hour reliability operation acceptance was completed, and performance assessment acceptance was recently completed. During operation, all assessment indicators of the denitrification device are within the design values, and all economic and technical indicators meet or meet the requirements of the technical agreement, receiving high praise from the owner.
