The low-temperature denitrification project of coke oven exhaust gas in Shandong Tiexiong Xinsha flue has passed the acceptance inspection

On March 24, 2016, the Shandong Tiexiong Xinsha Energy 1.5 million tons/year coke oven flue gas denitrification project, contracted by MCC Jiaonai and using Fangxin Lihua low-temperature denitrification catalyst, successfully passed the completion acceptance of the owner and local environmental protection testing department.

Shandong Tiexiong Xinsha Energy Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 and is a large-scale coal chemical energy enterprise jointly built by Shandong Coking Group and Xinwen Mining Group. The company is located in Juye, Heze. The Tiexiong Xinsha coke oven flue gas denitrification project adopts the low-temperature NH3-SCR denitrification process with independent intellectual property rights of MCC Jiaonai. The low-temperature denitrification catalyst used is the domestically owned Fangxin low-temperature SCR denitrification catalyst, which processes 300000 Nm3/h of coke oven flue gas, with an inlet flue gas temperature of 250-290 ℃, an inlet NOx concentration of 1000-1300mg/Nm3, and an outlet NOx concentration design value of < 150mg/Nm3.

This project underwent device preheating and catalyst activation on January 26, 2016, and was successfully put into operation at 3:18 pm on January 28. Since the operation of the denitrification device for 2 months, all assessment indicators have met or exceeded the contract requirements: the outlet NOx concentration value is less than 100mg/Nm3, the temperature drop is less than 10 ℃, and the ammonia escape is less than 5ppm, fully meeting the strict flue gas emission limit requirements in the "Emission Standards for Pollutants in the Chemical Industry of Coking".
