Fang Xinlihua: The low-temperature denitrification project for coke oven flue gas of Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd. has been put into operation

The Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd. coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification project, constructed by Tongxing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and provided by Beijing Fangxin Lihua Technology Co., Ltd. with low-temperature denitrification catalysts, has recently been officially put into operation.
The pre denitrification flue gas volume of the project is 120000 Nm3/h, with a low flue gas temperature of 210 ℃ and a NOx content of ≤ 1000mg/Nm3. The actual operating temperature is 10 ℃ lower than the design temperature. After continuous operation for 168 hours, the monitoring showed that the NOx content at the outlet was ≤ 30mg/Nm3, and all other indicators reached or exceeded the design value. The catalyst showed good low-temperature activity and achieved standard emissions.
Since the beginning of this year, Fangxin Lihua has undertaken more than 20 low-temperature denitrification projects, and the successive operation of these projects will play a demonstration role in low-temperature denitrification of coke oven flue gas.
