Recently, Zhejiang Zili New Materials Co., Ltd. signed a procurement contract with Beijing Fangxin Lihua Technology Co., Ltd. for a set of low-temperature SCR denitration catalysts for corundum vertical kilns. The project is designed with an inlet temperature of ≥ 220 ℃ and a NOx concentration of ≤ 2400 mg/Nm for the denitration system ³, The designed SCR outlet NOx concentration requirement is ≤ 100mg/Nm3, with a denitrification efficiency of over 95.8%.
In addition to this project, since 2018, Beijing Fangxin Lihua Technology Co., Ltd. has won multiple coking projects and has also received consecutive orders for low-temperature denitrification catalysts for sintering flue gas from Tangshan Ruifeng Steel, Tangshan Songting Steel, and Hebei Jingye Steel. This will set a model and provide a new path for the application of low-temperature SCR denitrification catalysts in sintering flue gas treatment. In addition, the company has also obtained multiple orders for low-temperature denitrification catalysts for fuel steam boilers, coal-fired heating furnaces, and marine diesel engines, thus basically achieving full coverage of products in non electric application fields.
