Recently, Anhui Fangxin Lihua Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and Yancheng Lanfeng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. signed a procurement contract for the low-temperature SCR denitrification catalyst project in the lime rotary kiln flue gas of Dongfang Hope Sanmenxia Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd.
This project is 2 × The low-temperature SCR denitrification project for 750t/d lime rotary kiln flue gas involves a process flow of "lime kiln preheater outlet (200 ℃)+SDS dry desulfurization+high-temperature bag dust removal transformation+low-temperature SCR denitrification". The designed operating temperature for denitrification is ≥ 180 ℃. This project involves two chrome salt rotary kilns from Fangxin Lihua, Hubei Zhenhua Chemical Co., Ltd., and two from Shanxi Jianlong Steel Co., Ltd × After the low-temperature SCR denitrification project of 800t/d lime kiln rotary kiln flue gas, there is another rotary kiln flue gas denitrification project.
At present, Fangxin Lihua has undertaken the supply of over 100 sets of catalysts for low-temperature SCR denitrification projects. The low-temperature catalysts have shown good low-temperature activity and sulfur resistance. After long-term operation and testing, some of the projects have been running steadily for more than three years. Fangxin Lihua will continue to increase its research efforts and product quality control to provide guarantees for flue gas denitrification in the rotary kiln industry.
