On November 28, 2019, Beijing Fangxin Lihua Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for SCR denitrification catalyst (180 ℃) in the coking project of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Three High Furnace System, which was constructed by MCC Jiaonai (Dalian) Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. This is the fourth year of continuous and stable operation of low-temperature SCR denitrification in the blast furnace coking system (in September 2018, Baoshan Iron and Steel bid for backup layer, and our company successfully won the bid, adding backup layer in November) After three years of continuous and stable operation of the low-temperature SCR denitrification system in the second blast furnace coking system, our low-temperature catalyst has been applied again in the flue gas denitrification of the coke oven at Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel.

In August 2019, Fang Xinlihua won the bid for the contract of activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification and low-temperature SCR denitrification catalyst for the 4 # sintering machine of Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. Ironmaking Plant, achieving the sub engineering practice of this process in sintering flue gas treatment.

In addition, Fangxin Lihua has achieved considerable success in the denitrification of lime rotary kiln flue gas, following Dongfang Hope Sanmenxia Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd × After the 750t/d lime kiln flue gas denitrification project (Yancheng Lanfeng Environmental General Contract) meets the standard operation, Shandong Xinfa Group Liaocheng Yanju New Materials Co., Ltd × The denitrification of 800t/d lime rotary kiln has made progress by reducing the operating temperature of denitrification to 160 ℃. Currently, the outlet indicators of kiln 2 are far lower than the design value. In addition, there are several 1000t/d, 800t/d, and 600t/d lime rotary kiln flue gas denitrification projects under construction or commissioning.
